SSH thru HA with pfSense question

I'am trying to implement this guide - but i can't get it to work,

Iam using blank acl & action
and putting these lines as passthru.

tcp-request content set-var(sess.dst) ssl_fc_sni
use_backend %[ssl_fc_sni]

backend is named to the FQDN iam trying to reach
and cfg file looks OK from what i can see.
