      Is there any way I can upgrade the HAProxy package to
      0.63_5 (haproxy-2.9.10) that is on official on 24.03

      on 2.7.2 community edition
      that has 0.63_2 (haproxy-2.8.3)

      I have a mix of CE and Plus's - would be nice to align,
      I have some websockets issues that i suspect can be fixed with
      the newer HA, because thats pretty much the only thing left todo.
