Currently I use No-IP to register 4 DDNS names (Only 3 Gateways, 1 Gateway gets registered twice with different names)

Using version 24.03 or before all 4 gateways register correctly with correct IP addresses, Running the 24.11 beta, the 4 entries register, but the 4th DDNS entry takes the value of the first DDNS gateway.

Booting again into an earlier version of pfSense with exactly the same configuration corrects the this issue, and reverting back to 24.11 Beta the problem repeats.

Hmm, so 2 and 3 are always correct? Are they all with the same provider?

Are all 3 IPs on the interfaces directly?

          Hello Stephen,

In answer to your questions, 2 different ISP's and the DDNS entries that are correct have Public IP addresses assigned to the Gateway address.

The failing DDNS entries have a Private IP address assigned to the Gateway address.

          I hope this helps.

          Martin

Ah OK so it's failing to detect the external public IP address?

You said 1 and 4 always showed the same address? They share an interface?

On the failing one, enable Verbose logging then click Save & Force Update. The system logs should hopefully have some clue after that. You may upload diagnostic data from the system here and we'll take a closer look.
