I have two pfSense running without problems but at dmesg.boot I can see:
First pfSense (1 GByte image for 1 GByte CF card)

I haven't seen this one, It might be something to worry about.
I think the expected rawoffset message is harmless. I seem to remember that m0n0 had a kernel patch to get rid of it.

I have that with my iCF 4 gig as well.
