Possible Firewall Issue - All Samsung TVs, Netflix app only, not playing video.

Hello everyone, Very new to the forum. I come here looking for help and guidance on how to troubleshoot this very specific issue of mine.
Recently, it seams with in the past week or so, that Netflix no longer plays back video from my Samsung TV's. Only Netflix on Samsung TV's -- this works fine on any windows or Mobile device in the network. Sometimes the video playback spins circle for up to 25% then stops, other times its nothing. The NEtflix UI load and all the menus load, but never plays back video.
All other apps on the tv's are fine and work.
I want to rule out that its the Router firewall that causing this blocking... I find it odd that all 4 of the TV's are doing the same exact thing. I want to be able to have proof to Samsung or Netflix support when i talk to them that its not the Router's fault in this issue.
Any Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
