pfBlockerNG-devel 3.2.0_20 DNSBL Category UTI Database Download Issue

Hi, I have a new install of pfSense 2.7.2-RELEASE (amd64) that was just installed a few weeks ago. I am attempting to setup safe browsing to block my growing kids from accessing harmful content on the internet.

After setting up DNSBL etc. I ran pfBlocker NG / Update - Reload and get the following error:
