Odoo Discuss video call with Open VPN, Internet user to internal user not working

Odoo Discuss Video calls work internally, I have found that users may need to modify their [Product] firewall settings to allow the video call to work. Required setting: Allow Chrome to use port 50828 for inbound traffic.
inside user = internal network, behind the firewall
outside user = internet to the firewallA video call initiated from inside to outside, as long as the other user is connected to our Admin VPN works. This connection gives access to all internal IP addresses and is not secure. So no good.
By allowing a more restricted VPN, access to the originating internal IP address I can get Odoo Discuss video calls to work for static IP addresses, from inside to outside. But, an exterior user's call connects with errors and there is no audio or video.
When I search the Odoo forums for help I can see that most people who asked video conferencing questions resolved their problem with some sort of VPN or Tunnel. I have not found anything that specifically deals with outside user to inside user.
I also found an Odoo support post that mentions that their Discuss Video uses P2P protocols that maybe blocked by Internet providers: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/ee16-video-calls-not-working-219390
Any help or suggestions on how I may need to tweak our OpenVPN settings to allow a p2p based Odoo Discuss video call to work both ways, would be appreciated.
