Speed negotiation with LAN Bridge

Today I started testing a pfSense firewall that a friend gave me (https://www.amazon.es/Firewall-Appliance-Mikrotik-OPNsense-HUNSN/dp/B0B4NXZZ6N).

Before installing it, I messed around locally with the office switch connected to the LAN. I made a LAN Bridge to check the scenario of having to use the FW as a switch due to lack of ports.

After having configured it (I attach screenshots), when I connect a PC directly to the LAN ports (eth1 to eth5) the device does not negotiate at 1Gbps but at 100Mbps.

Is this normal?
