Need help unable to get PFsense wireguard to work with a Windows Wireguard

Any help would be appreciated.
We currently have WireGuard working from one PFsense office to another PFsense office that is also using WireGuard, for over a year without any issues. Each office has access to each other network and each office uses it's own office Internet connections for local users to access the internet.
We now need to establish a similar setup for another office. We have created a separate tunnel and peer for this new office in PFsense. The difference between both setup is that the main office is the PFsense server while the other is a Windows WireGuard connection. (downloaded from the WireGuard web site).
From the Windows log it looks like a connection is established. In PFsense we see a connection but no traffic.
However we cannot access or ping devices from any sides. I don't understand what we are doing wrong , It must be in the config file. Below are the config files. Any help would be appreciated.
