ntopng Cloud on pfsense 2.8 can’t connect to cloud.ntop

I’m trying to get ntop cloud working on pfsense 2.8. I have followed instructions , Ntop working fine, cloud account setup, cloud.conf in correct location for BSD but no connection even after full restart ?

Nothing in any logs to look at. Suspect package not setup for it / config in wrong location ? Anyone ?
