Client Tunnel Restart when Gateway Offline

Howdy all!

I have an instance where one specific site's tunnel seems to drop after a few months, and it never comes back online unless I manually restart the service on that router. Is anyone aware how I might setup a watchdog or something for this wireguard instance that will restart the service once it notices that the gateway has packet loss?
