Hello, I am not sure what I've done, but classic view in Firewall rules changed and see only one selected interface. How to get it back? :)

@GeorgeCZ58 said in Interfaces dissapiered in firewall rules:

          see only one selected interface.

On what device does pfSense+ run? A Netgate device with an internal switch (not that I know what to do then, I just read '...SWITCH...)?

@GeorgeCZ58 I recall seeing this before - but it might be related to once you go over a specific number of interfaces?

Did you see them all listed at the top before and they went away when you added another or more interfaces?

@johnpoz It resolved itself. I didnt do nothing, just open in Inprivate window and it started to work. Before I tried reload with CTRL F5 and still it loked like on picture, strange. Never see this before.

@GeorgeCZ58 ok not sure if has to do with length of names which would determine number of rows in the screen or actual number of interfaces.. But I was able to duplicate it by creating a bunch of interfaces..

                    interfaces.jpg

So you can see I added a bunch of interfaces. at 19 with long names it shows all of them.. But if I add one more it switches to the dropdown list

edit: ok I think it has to do with number of rows the interfaces with their names take up.. if I change to shorter names on a few of them it now allows me to show 20 added vlans.

                    rows.jpg

If I then change the name of opt19 to something really long it switches back to the dropdown list.

This could be effected by what font size you have your browser using, or which browser.. You would have to look at the underlying code to see where it figures out too many interfaces to show all at the top and switches over to the dropdown list format of showing the interfaces.

@johnpoz Good to know, seems like yes, it is related to that. Probably it was repaired once I removed one interface. Do not know if it is bug, or just it was done like that.. but thanks!

@GeorgeCZ58 Looks like a feature to me - once you reach so many interfaces/rows of them in the gui its better to switch over to a drop down..
