      Hello Professionals,

      Can anyone had experienced this issue before?
      My new Netgate4200 firewall doesn't show me the details of Alias. Rules what I made are working great though.

      I have tried update OS, but still same problem.
      Could it be bug? or some kind of hardware issue..?

      Thank you for your time.

        @eeebbune check Diagnostics>Tables.

        Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

          @eeebbune on what pfSense+ version are you and have you tried a different web browser? What does the alias contain, the RFC1918 IP address ranges?

            @SteveITS Hello SteveITS,

            I got correct results from tables. Would it be related any advanced settings such as table size..?

            Thank you,

              @patient0 Hello,

              I tried Chrome, Edge, Opera and issue was same even after I cleaned up my web cache too.
              I attached alias - PRIVATE_IP_RANGE, but all of my alias has same issue.
              I can't see all Alias details what I created.
              Is there anything I can try..?

              Thank you,

                @eeebbune are you pfSense+ 24.11 or 25.07? (I thought there was an issue with alias tooltips showing, once with 24.11).

                  @eeebbune Do you have any special characters in the text labels for these aliases?

                  Script blocker in your browsers?

                    @patient0 The device was 24.11 from the beginning, and it happens from the first. I upgraded OS to 25.07 now and still got same issue. Restart (normal) didn't resolve my problem.
                    If I go downgrade, would it be possibly resolve my issue?

                      @SteveITS I didn't put any text to description. It has Network/Host IP only, and as you may know, when we create alias without any description, it automatically leaves added date/time and That's it.

                      I have tried to put some words to description, or space , or blank, nothing's changed.

                        I'm afraid it won't fix it, I assume.
