Allow users change their passowrd online

Is there a way to allow captive portal users included on "local user manager" to change their password online?

No, there is currently no functionality for this.

And to answer your next question, request the feature at the m0n0wall-dev list.  We update our captive portal from theirs and don't plan on innovating in this area.
