    Hello ,

    I'm trying to setup a VM system(using vmware player on a Windows 7 system and a d-link C adapter )  as a accespoint, I have
    followed the guide on the website, I see the wifi network with my phones , tried both iPhone and HTC Hero. But when I connect it stay's
    connected just few second( I get a Ip adress) then I'm d/c any ideas what the problem could be ?

      Anything "interesting" reported in the system log?

      What's a D-Link C adapter? Whats the pfSense device name for it (e.g. ral0, ath0, …)?

          Log doesn't mean much to me.

          Have you tried the WiFi without encryption? With alternate forms of encryption?

            Well tried w/o encryption and same problem. tried to connect using the laptops wifi.
            The host system a Dell latitud D630 with 2GB ram start to slow down really mush when I connect to wifi
