Add rule for interface from drop-down list

I'm new to pfsense (but using m0n0wall for years).
I've installed the newer version 1.2.3, added my interfaces and I'm ready to add rules.
There is a drop-down list to pick the interface and add the rule (attached file),
but when I choose a specific interface, for example vlan03, I still see wan's rules.
I've seen capture-screens of pfsense, where there is no drop-down list but tabs (like m0n0wall).
What do I miss? Please help.

It was so simple, an IE problem. I use FF and everything is OK.
