      I want to manualy implement pf+altq(cbq) where can i find config files for add that exp.

        It is not possible currently.  Use OpenBSD or FreeBSD or DragonFlyBSD.

          so  can pfsense config rules support altq+cbq+borrow+red ?

          whats hapen when i edit pf.conf in /etc/pf.conf and add that file to start script ?

            Your changes will get overwritten each time.  Seriously, you really need to use something else if you want to have custom pf rules.  Sorry!
