I havent tested it yet myself but I think this is possible on 2.0beta with captive portal and an external radius server and setting WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down/Up attributes to the assigned user.
You cant do this with pfsense alone, maybe if pfsense's freeradius is upgraded but as I said I havent tested.

It should be possible, but I have tested it in the 1st of April snapshots using an external RADIUS server and it doesn't seem to work. I can still download and upload at the available bandwidth rate even when I have the WISPr attributes being sent from RADIUS.
There was a bug opened about the bandwidth restrictions in the CP not working, and that was resolved as fixed however I don't think the testing was done with RADIUS attributes.

That works in current stable releases if you use captive portal.

Would like to see an example or documentation too. Considering replacing our Bluesocket & Nomadix controllers with pfSense but currently provide many service levels set through radius.

It's just RADIUS attributes, probably no different than you're already using though possibly different attributes. The WISPr bandwidth attributes are what is used.
