How to enable internet in pfsense in Virtual Box

Dear Experts,

I have installed pfsense 1.2.3. I have installed two NIC in firewall on Bridged Mode. Now i want to update the packages. But the internet is not available in the firewall. I am doing all this in a LAN for testing the pfsense. Both the NIC are having the C Class IP Address. Last time i was able to access the internet in this scenario. On this LAN 192.168.20.0, there is another office firewall IP 192.168.20.1. I am not clear that how last time i got accessed the internet.
