MS Virtual Server R2

I am trying to setup MS Virtual Server R2 and can get the new verison 2.0 to run. I have gotten 1.2.3 to run. Having trouble getting it up. Any suggestions?

I just installed 2.0 on MS Hyper-v Last night to take a look.
Had to use legacy nic's

Are you getting any errors?

cpu does not support long mode for version 2, and 1.2.3 want see my internal network. I am running on vista ultimate 64 with a quad phemon processor (2.51).
