      Hi ,

I am trying to set up my vpn , with different IPs per common names .
i have 3 departments (Devel,Marketing,Support) and i want each CN to get different subnet
so i can create firewall rules based on there subnet .
on the OpenVPN documentation , and i test it on Linux servers, they suggest using client-config-dir .
on pfSense i noticed that this attribute is set to client-config-dir /var/etc/openvpn_csc by default.
so i put my cn settings in that directory , but all the files are gone from there once the openvpn restart
is there a different place where i need to put my files in ?

      regards

You have to add your client specific configuration via the gui. (there is a register for this)
pfSense generates all these files via php out of the config.xml

We do what we must, because we can.
