Problem with Cisco VPN client

I have a pfSense router and configured as such proxy. I access a VPN network in a client using the Cisco VPN Client. The connection is made normally, but stops a few minutes later. This only happens now that the traffic passes through the firewall. If I connect directly to the Internet, does not fall at all.

Has anyone had any experience like that?
