A new accounting and reporting system

I'm quite new here.
If someone who is interested could tell me the effort involved in creating intuitive reporting systems like Untangle will cost, I'd be happy to garner support for it's development.

You're looking at several hundred hours of development time, minimum for something like that.  Probably close to a thousand hours to develop something that doesn't suck with the ferocity that Untangle's UI does.
