    DIOCADDRULE: Device Busy - Error

      Hello Everybody,

      Recently, my pfSense box gave me a following error message:

      php: : There were error(s) loading the rules: pfctl: DIOCADDRULE: Device busy - The line in question reads [ DIOCADDRULE]:

      Can anybody suggest what would be the best way to find the source of the problem, since I believe it is related to some firewall rules?

      Currently I'm using 1.2.3-RELEASE built on Sun Dec 6 23:21:36 EST 2009

        I'm having the same issue.

        Did you manage to fix it?

        For me, deactivating traffic shaper did the job. But this is not a solution :-(

        Still searching for help.
