Top menus not showing up in WebGUI

Just recently started getting this at the top of the WebGUI:
Warning: main(fbegin.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/www/index.php on line 421 Warning: main(): Failed opening 'fbegin.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/etc/inc:/usr/local/www:/usr/local/captiveportal:/usr/local/pkg') in /usr/local/www/index.php on line 421Any idea why this would have started happening all of the sudden and what I can do to fix it? Here is the version info from the WebGUI.

Something could have accidentally removed the file (Over a year ago there was a bug in the Dashboard package that would have done something like this)
Update your system to 1.2.3-RELEASE and it should be fine.
In the GUI you could browse to http://(router_ip)/system_firmware.php and upload a 1.2.3-RELEASE update file.
