Outgoing FTP

Hello,

after reading a lot about the FTP "issue" I activated the rules mentioned at http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/FTP_Troubleshooting.
Anyways, now outgoing FTP - connections are working. Wich is better than before, but it is now possible to access every existing FTP - Server
in the world  >:( Is it the other way possible? To block all FTP Server and only allow some FTP - Server via a firewall rule?

P.S. FTP LAN –> OPT is not working?
