Only UDP/123 works

Hey,

I have configured multiple instances of openvpn using different ports.. like udp/123, tcp/123, tcp/80, tcp/443, udp/443.. only udp/123 works.
I am actually running openvpn on my pocket pc..
udp/123 is actually the first server in the list.. just wondering whether pfsense disregards the other automatically or something.
