I know this isn't a pfSense issue, but I thought I'd try here anyway.

At certain times, I need to have the ability to run 2 VPN Clients concurrently, on a Windows system.  One is OpenVPN, connected to my pfSense gateway, the other is AT&T, connected to my works's internal network.  Both Clients connect OK, and I don't have any issue with connecting to any of the servers, on either private network, apart from DNS.

From experimentation, I've found that it will only use a single VPN DNS server when both are active, and it will always be the same one, regardless of the start order, because it has a higher priority in the "Adapters and Bindings" list.

If each, connected, adapter has a DNS address associated with it, how is the order to search these established.  Does Windows use the highest priority, active connection, in the "Adapters and Bindings" list only, or does it use the highest priority VPN adapter first, and it that fails, falls back to the first physical adapter.

If it does have a fall back capability, is there any way to include the second VPN adapter in that list.

Or am I plain out-of-luck here.

      Cheers.
