I've read many posts in the CP, PPTP, and FW sections and have seen several related posts, but nothing that is quite what I am experiencing.  Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

We use CP for our guest network.  It is a fantastic product.  We regularly have 600-700 connections and performance is excellent.  We have two pfSense servers that use CARP so we have automatic fail-over capability.  A customer uses Microsoft VPN client (PPTP) to connect to his office.  He can't connect.  I can use my Cisco VPN client to connect to our internal network with no problems.

I tried the option on the advanced settings page to disable scrubbing.  Did not help.  From everything I've read in this forum, it should work when a single client connects to a single PPTP VPN server.  I'm beginning to wonder if it is our CARP VIP that is the problem.  NAT'ing and PPTP may not play nice together.

Our FW rule for the CP LAN interface is allow all.  We are about to the point where we are going to route his device around the CP and allow him to go straight out.  Not an ideal solution…  Any ideas or thoughts?
