Does anyone experienced with installing antennas care to share tips for keeping them aimed well for the long term?  We have a couple of antennas that, despite tightening as much as the bolt threads can bear, seem to eventually slip and drop link.  Should I be welding these?
      Thank you, -pc

good antennas should have good brackets in MHO :P
what are u using we run in 120 -150km winds in winter on large masts with no issues with antennas moving unless it was poorly installed or the whole roof came of or mast came down etc.

        which have all happened

Our installers are still very new to wireless, especially regarding precision directional placements; perhaps more training and practice are in order.  Thanks for sharing some experiences aldo!  -pc
