      Hello everybody,
I'm using pfsense 1.2.3, I want to control and monitor which local ip address is going on which internet line? Can it work on pfsense?

      Merry christmas to you!!!! ;) ;) ;)

        Yes, you can do so.

Lets take for instance, you want all HTTP traffic from 192.168.1.10 to go out WAN2.  Then you will need a firewall rule as such:

        Protocol:  tcp/ udp
        source:  Host - 192.168.1.10
        source port: any
        destination: any
        destination port:  80 (http)
        gateway:  WAN2

These rules should be created for each client and the destination port changed according to the type of service (use 'any' for protocol and ports if you want to force all traffic).  They must also be placed above other rules in pfsense 1.2.X since it works on a first match basis.

No. I know we can create a new rule, but i mean we can see the current connection on the lines ? ??? ???

Log on to the web interface and look under Diagnostics at the States page.  On 2.0 there's also a States Summary page.
