      Hello
I have a problem in my PFSense 2.0 beta 5. I can not block anything. My pass rules works but if i want to block a certain IP it does not work. Ihave created an alias for www.facebook.com and then i block it in a firewall rule but it does not wok either. I want to block with rules as i later will use a schedule for this.
I have also tested just to block traffic to other IP adresses but it does not work either.
So please tell me what i am doing wrong.

I have attached a picture of my LAN firewall rules

If you want to block access to web sites I would strongly recommend you use Squid and SquidGuard, instead of attempting to use firewall rules. Web sites may resolve to many different IP addresses and you didn't say:

        1. Whether the client is using a proxy server
        2. What the IP addresses are in the alias
