According to several posts on cstrike-planet.com, you need these ports opened:
1200-1200 UDP
27000-27015 UDP
27030-27039 TCPAlso double check that the software firewall on your box is disabled.

i have tried to open them now. but wont work.. portscan on http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scan/ says its still closed.

Did you just allow the ports in the firewall rules, or are you actually NATing them to the proper host? Explain exactly what you did.

i have done exactly like this. http://codefat.com/2010/07/05/counter-strike-source-server-behind-pfsense-firewall/#more-110
exept change ip ofc. -
A portscan will fail unless you have a service actively serving the port. Meaning you have to have the CS server running before you do the port scan.
Are you hosting a web server? Does it work? I see you have ports 80/443 open is why I ask.
I would also set the outbound back to auto. The last entry in there already has all outgoing ports open for you…
Make sure under NAT that the IP address for your destination is a static one.
Like an earlier poster mentioned, you only have 1 of quite a few ports needed open. Include these ranges.
TCP Ports
27030-27039UDP Ports
1200
27000-27015I forget where, but enable the option to log all blocked traffic, host your server, try to connect to it, and then check your logs. (Cntrl+F, and find the one coming from the IP you tried to connect to it from)

In your portforward you have as external "any".
Set this to the external address instead.Your outbound NAT rules do nothing. You can remove them.
