      Hi,

      Hopefully someone can give me some tips on how to trouble shoot this, I am testing a couple of pfsense boxes (2.0BETA5) and I have successfully configured the firewalls to establish a site to site tunnel using a shared key, and it all looks great.

      However ….. After SSHing between boxes through the tunnel the connection drops after around 30 to 50 seconds, and I have to restart my SSH session.

      Anyone know why? and if not what I should be doing to troubleshoot this?

        Look in the system logs and the logs for OpenVPN. You may find an error in one or the other that leads you to the cause of the issue.

        Otherwise it's all just speculation.
