Captive portal and firewall

Hello,i'm new here and i have a problem.
I installed pfsense 1.2.3 and my clients have internet.
I made an open vpn to cobot and a captive portal
When i'm enabling caprtive portal,loads ip firewall and my clients have no internet.
I can't either ping my router.
If i disable captive portal,it's ok again.
How can i disable any firewall rule??
