IPsec between pfSense and DLink router - $200

I would like to run IPsec between two DHCP endpoints.  One would be a pfSense box and the other would be a VPN Router such as the DLink 804-HV.

The capabilities would include:

1. setting up a IPsec tunnel by giving a gateway name, instead of an IP address
2. reestablishing the tunnel automatically if the IP address changes on either side.

Is this possible?
