Hello, my client has a small pfsense box with a simple wan and lan interface. They were given a VPN software solution from checkpoint that they installed on their laptop. The software is meant to connect them to one of their customers so they can remote control the customers servers. When they try and connect to their customer over the checkpoint software they it connects but they cant ping anything on their customers side.

If they plug the laptop straight into the cable modem and bypass the pfsense router everything works.

I just thought about this and maybe the check point software sends data out the wrong gateway.

The local lan is 10.1.0.xxx and their customers is 10.118.0.xxx so there shouldnt be any conflicts there. Any ideas on what to check first? Here is the link they sent me with the VPN Details.
