      Bonjour,

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/www/head.inc:20) in /usr/local/www/antivirus.php on line 36

There is an error in the source code of antivirus.php, it tries to send HTTP headers that have already been sent by the pfSense core code (head.inc).

Are these kind of bugs fixed by upgrading the packages?

Is it causing any problems except of just complaining?

                  Sorry for the short answer.
Most of the time upgrading to the latest build of the package will fix glitches.
