1 NIC not getting DHCP.

I'm trying to set up a router box in ESXi but I ran into this problem. Everything is working fine except for the fact that one the the physical NIC on the LAN vSwitch is not getting IP addresses from PFSense's DHCP while the other NIC is working fine. I've no idea why. Anyone has an idea?
