When you create a OpenVPN Server with the wizard the default protocol is UDP.

In the auto created firewall rule to allow traffic from WAN to Port 1194 the protocol is set to TCP. This cannot work. After changing the protocol to UDP everything works.

This was fixed a couple weeks ago, it should be fine in current snapshots.
