SSH Problems with DMZ

I'm not an expert in firewalling, and I'm not sure where to look for the issue.

I'm trying to setup a server that accepts a database backup via an ssh connection (The remote machine copies the file using scp)

I setup a firewall rule to allow port 2222 to 10.0.1.1 (the backup server)  I also set up NAT under the Outbound and Port Forwarding Tab.

I can ssh to the machine on the lan of the pfsense box, but I cannot connect using the public IP

Any help is appreciated!
