Checklist in pass-trough mac and allowed ips

Hi, what i need its a mac or ip list in captive portal, where i can check the enable and disabled macs or ips without erase and add again.

The need is because i have to enable and disable acces to net for long periods on the same machines. I cant use squid because its needed the wan balance, and with captive portal can manage bandwitdh to.

Really i dont know how much can this cost, i can look for a price that suggest a developer.

I can try to do this.. Will hack the captive portal gui + some other file. Which means it's will only works for that's certains version.. When you upgrade it's will be gone. I can give you diff file but can't confirm it's will works when upgrading.
