So today I was working on my pfSense box in the web configurator.  I went to go to another page and the page timed out while loading.  I tried reloading the page a few times but it still would not load.  I closed my browser and reopened it, but couldn't load the login page.

I was able to ssh into the server and restarted the web configurator.  Still nothing.  Finally, I tried logging in from another computer.  I got to the page warning mw that the connection is untrusted (since I'm using https) and confirmed the exception using firefox, but the log in page still would not load.  I would really like to do this without taking the server down, so I have two questions.

-Has anyone ever seen this before/found a work-around?

-Is there any way to disable NAT and the firewall from the command like (i suspect I may have created a forward to the wrong address)?

      Additional Information:
      -Running pfSense 2.0RC1

Don't have an answer.  But, I am experiencing the same problem on multiple boxes.  However, I can usually close the browser and log back in.  But, it is a pain and sometimes my changes do not save.  Trying to see if it is consistent when making certain changes.

I've found that resetting your LAN IP and restarting web gui from console helps.

Only change that takes place: it changes HTTPS back to HTTP. It appears to me that HTTPS setting is what breaks it.
