PPTP client can't connect to pfSense box

Hi,
Recently users can not connect to the PPTP VPN; and the System Information is "Unable to check for updates". But if I reboot pfSense, System Information CAN connect to obtain the update information and users can logon in the VPN, but if they try to recconect the connection can not take place any more.
Any suggestion?

I went to 2.0-RC1 (i386) built on Tue Apr 19 18:39:57 EDT 2011, the oldest in the snapshot server and it works very well :-\
