      Hello,

I'm trying to install the pfsense on VMware but isn't possible because he don't find my second lan card Realtek RTL 8139.
In the motherboard i have the Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller instaled and functional.

      My doubt is:

You can use the Realtek RTL8139 with Realtek PCIe installed?

      Thank you!

What version of VMWare are you running? There shouldn't be a problem if the NIC is supported by either VMWare (for VMWare VSphere and ESX(i)) or your host OS (for Workstation and Server). After all, the guest just has a virtual interface provided to it.
