2.0 RC1 Restrict OpenVPN Access

Hello,
I have it working very well with full LAN access. I have a subcontractor who I need to allow to VPN to the network, but I only want them to be able to remote desktop a single PC on my network. Could I add another OPENVPN server on a different port, and modify the wizard generated rules to lock it down for that one user? If so how would I do that? Thanks
