      I have a problem, when voucher expire client can’t get a captive portal page to enter new one.

        On my system vouchers expire "quietly" (that is I get no notification a voucher has expired). However I do get notification a voucher has expired when I attempt to access another page, including refresh a page. This works for me with both Opera and Firefox, though with Firefox the "redirect" from the voucher authorization page to the page whose access was attempted happens very reliably but only intermittently when using Opera.

        What does your client see when the voucher expires and they can't get a captive portal page?

          Well the problem is solved. The problem was with client that didnt resolve dns right. After flushing dns everything woreked fine. BTW thx for reply.
