When I turn Static ARP on, only hosts are listed below can connect to the server and has Internet. I need to use Static ARP but I need to have one of IP address without Static ARP. For example on 192.168.1.25 can work any host with diferent MAC Address, but on rest of IP adrresses (from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.24 and from 192.168.1.26 to 192.168.1.254) can works only Static ARP hosts.
    Is this possible?

No, if enabled, this option is active for everything.
