I have created a Ports Alias, I called "CommonPorts."

It includes 80, 443, 22, etc. The common ports.

Now I want to create a Firewall Rule that will look like this:

"For ALL clients, catch traffic passing through ports other than CommonPorts, send it to a Limiter"

      How to do this?

add a rule to allow CommonPorts, then add another rule for everything else with the limiters.
