Configure of the "Show unread posts since last visit." link

Is there a way to configure the "Show unread posts since last visit." link?
Because the link found a lot of topics in a language I can not read… -
those can be mark as read

But only once. At the next login the topics are going to show up again.

I go to index, load the foreign language forums, mark them all as read, then use the other link to view what's left. I don't think there is a way in SMF to configure which forums that covers.

Or is there a way to mark the complete "International Support" by one click? -
Every board, I think. I haven't seen a way to do them all at once.
